1. Definitions
The terms used in these General Terms and Conditions or Terms of User are defined as follows:
1.1. Account: The individualized digital environment assigned to the User within the AA Consulting LLC platform.
1.3. Platform: The web-based and mobile services offered by AA Consulting LLC for business and consulting purposes.
1.4. Client: Any individual or business entity using the services of AA Consulting LLC.
1.5. Content: Any material (including but not limited to text, images, files, or other media) uploaded or submitted by Users via the Platform.
1.6. General Terms of Use or Agreement: This document, including any Appendices.
1.7. Intellectual Property Rights: Any rights, registered or unregistered, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, or equivalent protections worldwide.
1.8. Data Protection Laws: U.S. privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1.9. Service: The consulting and business solutions provided by AA Consulting LLC through its platform.
1.10. User: Any individual or entity utilizing the services provided by AA Consulting LLC, including Clients and their authorized representatives.
2. Purpose and Scope
AA Consulting LLC provides a digital platform for professional business and consulting services. These General Terms govern the use of the platform and establish the legal framework for Users.

3. Prohibited Activities
3.1. Illegal Content: Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing content that violates any applicable laws, including but not limited to fraudulent, defamatory, or offensive material.
3.2. Intellectual Property Infringement: Users must own or have proper authorization for all content they upload. Uploading or distributing unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Harmful Activities: Users may not use the platform for activities that harm or disrupt the services or reputation of AA Consulting LLC or its Clients.
4. Acceptance and Modification
Users must accept these terms to use the platform. AA Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Users will be notified of significant changes, which take effect 15 days after notification. Users may terminate their use of the service without penalty during this period if they do not agree to the changes. .
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
5.1. Service Disruption: Refunds may be issued if significant service interruptions occur due to AA Consulting LLC’s fault.
5.2. Incorrect Billing: Refunds may be granted in cases of duplicate transactions or other billing errors.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction to support@aa-llc.online with supporting details.
6. User Obligations
6.1. Lawful Use: Users agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.
6.3. Content Ownership: Users must own or have appropriate rights to any content they upload. AA Consulting LLC reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
7. AA Consulting LLC's Obligations
7.1. Service Availability: AA Consulting LLC will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of its services, except during maintenance or circumstances beyond its control.
7.2. Data Protection: AA Consulting LLC complies with applicable U.S. data protection laws and employs technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

8.1. Limitation of Liability: AA Consulting LLC is not liable for damages resulting from:

AA Consulting LLC retains all rights to the platform and its proprietary content. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
11. Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. Users may terminate their use of the platform at any time. AA Consulting LLC may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
