File: A digital file uploaded by an Uploader using the Service, made available for access and download in exchange for payment.
Parties: AA Consulting LLC and the Uploader collectively.
Services: File uploading and downloading services enabling the Uploader to upload files on AA Consulting LLC’s servers and make them available to a Downloader in exchange for payment.
Stripe: The payment processing provider used by AA Consulting LLC.
Uploader: Any individual who uses the Services to make files available on the platform.
